Rosters. The club will send you a list of players who have accepted positions on your team. You need to verify that everyone on the list is committed. Then, complete the team roster using the template below and send to Cathy Schmuck at schmuck@classicshammerfc.com. This needs to be done ASAP, so please don’t wait to do this.

Club Fees. Make sure your parents are aware that an initial deposit is required to hold their position on your team. Directions are given below to activate their account and make an online payment. If they are sending a check, please have them send it to: HAMMER FC, PO Box 54824, Cincinnati, OH 54824. Every family needs to go in and activate their account so we know they are in the system even if they are paying by check.

Paperwork. Please collect the following from your players for registration purposes:
Uniforms. Any new players must order uniforms from soccer village. You will be asked to provide a jersey number for each player ordering a uniform. This will ensure that duplicate jersey numbers are avoided.
