Kroger donates back to you through Hammer FC when you use your Neighborhood Rewards Program Gift Card to purchase groceries. Each Gift Card you have is registered as a Hammer FC card under your name. As money is reloaded onto the card, you receive a credit of 4% of the amount reloaded and Hammer applies all 4% towards your player Club fees account.So for this credit program to work, all you have to do is remember to reload your card, and pay for your groceries or gas at Kroger using the card. There are no additional costs or hidden fees. The more you shop, the more you earn toward your Hammer FC Club fees.
If you are a Kroger shopper, you get 4% of your normal monthly food or gas purchases credited back to you so that you can reduce your team fees.If you purchase $500 in groceries per month, you get $20 per month credited to your team fees (through your team treasurer).Over the course of twelve months, that adds up to $240 that will be applied towards your club fees.Again, the more you purchase, the more gets credited back to you.
What is the Benefit to Hammer FC?
Hammer FC receives no direct financial benefit from this program.All credits are given back to you.Unlike other clubs who keep 1 % and credit back 3%, Hammer FC gives the entire 4% to your team treasurer in your name.This way you receive the entire credit to be applied towards your team fees.This is Hammer FC’s way of helping you defray your team travel costs.
How does it work?
Order your Gift Card through Hammer (application is attached) for $1. The card is preloaded with $1, so there is no cost to participate. When you shop at Kroger, before paying for your purchases, reload your Kroger Neighborhood Rewards Program Gift Card for any amount up to $500. Then pay for your purchase using the Gift Card. You will receive credit only on cards issued through Hammer. Hammer FC applies all 4% toward your player’s Club fees on a monthly basis. Credit will continue accumulating as long as you use your card. DO NOT PURCHASE THE GIFT CARD AT KROGERS - YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
How do I reload the Gift Card?
Your Gift Card can be reloaded at the cash register prior to any of your purchases being scanned. This must be done in a separate transaction. Your Gift Card may also be reloaded at the customer service desk or participating fuel centers. The card can be reloaded for ANY amount, and you can pay for the reloaded card with cash, check or major credit card. If your card reaches a zero balance, DO NOT throw it away. Purchases cannot be credited to your team fees unless they are made using an official Reward Program Gift Card (the regular gift cards for sale at Kroger do not count)
What can be purchased with Gift Card?
You can purchase any merchandise in a Kroger store with the exception of services. Services include: Money Orders, Western Union, Lottery Tickets, Stamps, and Ticket Master.
Where can I use my Gift Card?
The Gift Card is accepted in all Kroger Affiliated Stores throughout the U.S. Kroger, Fred Meyer, Ralphs, Fry's & Fry's Marketplace, King Soopers, Dillons, Smith's Food & Drug, City Market, QFC, Food 4 Less, Owen's, FoodsCo., Hilander, Pay-Less, Cala-Bell, Baker's, JaC, Fred Meyer Jewelers, and Littman & Barclay Jewelers.
Can I get more than one card?
Yes, You can order additional cards for friends and family members. If you need additional cards please the same application process as stated above. You can get cards for friends and relatives to use.
Can I still use my Kroger Plus Card when using my Kroger Gift Card?
Yes.
How do I find out the balance on my Gift Card?
The balance on your card will show at the bottom of your receipt. You may also obtain your balance at the customer service desk or cash register.
Kroger has a four-week cycle. Hammer FC receives a new statement a month after the cycle is over.
Kroger Neighborhood Rewards Program is a great way to earn credit toward your team Fees. You will be able to earn money toward your team fees (tournaments and travel fees) by simply buying your groceries at Kroger Stores.

1.Gift cards are sold for $1.00 each (the card comes with a $1.00 credit loaded on it so essentially there is no start up cost).Please complete the attached application. The application can also be found under the admin section of the www.classicshammerfc.com website.
2.Kroger credits back 4% of all purchases made under the Hammer FC fundraising cards.Each family will receive the entire 4%.Other clubs keep a portion of the reimbursement.Hammer FC believes that each family deserves the entire benefit of their food budget spending.
3.The fundraising card must be loaded with money prior to the cashier ringing up your purchase. This can be done at the service desk or at the cash register you use after shopping.You can load your card up to $500.00 each use.This can be put on the card with cash, check or credit card.Any unused money will stay on the card for your next use.
4.Every four weeks Kroger will send an itemized statement to the club as well as the 4% rebate check.This statement will allow us to credit each family their 4% rebate every time they use their card.Your gift card earnings will be sent to your Team Treasurer for your team account, along with a detailed report.Please note that all income must be applied to your team fees or Club fees (if income exceeds team fees).All earned income from Kroger’s gift card is non-refundable; it has to be applied against your team fees or club fees.
5.Each family keeps and reloads their same gift card each time they shop.Each card will have a number that will correspond to their name on the itemized lists sent by Kroger each month.Therefore, use of the same card will ensure proper credit to their account.
6.Each Hammer family can purchase gift cards to be used by family, neighbors, friends, etc. to receive additional credit towards their fundraising account.The more people you know that shop at Kroger's the more money you can apply towards your fees.
7.Kroger gift cards can be used to purchase anything in the store except for services (which include money orders, Western Union, Lottery tickets, stamps and Ticket Master).
**Kroger Credits program can ONLY be used toward HAMMER FC Club Fees. Your credits will be forfeited to the HAMMER FC scholarship fund in the event that your son/daughter no longer plays on a HAMMER FC Team.Program credits may not appear in your account for up to three (3) months after the card has been used.
