Teams must stay in an approved tournament hotel.  A condition of acceptance requires each team to utilize one of the Blue Chip Hotels; rooms will be reserved through the Blue Chip committee. Reservations are filled on a first come, first serve basis. All requests must be submitted no later than March 15, 2010. Hotels will not accept reservations directly from any team. Hotels may have a two night minimum requirement.

Our Hotel Coordinator, Patti De Jesus, will work with your team to find you the rooms you need. Our Hotel Coordinator will make every effort to place your entire club into one hotel.  Please contact Patti at dejesus@classicshammerfc.com to start making your hotel arrangements.

Agreements signed between hotels and teams are binding agreements between these two parties. The tournament does not have any authority over this area. Many of the most popular hotels know that there is enough demand for them to require a Fri and Sat night stay.
