We invited all Classics Hammer players to enter a contest to design the Blue Chip Hammer logo and this year’s Hammer Cup Tournament T-shirt.

Congratulations to Amanda Dominique whose design was chosen to serve as the official Blue Chip Hammer Cup logo.  Amanda is currently a U12 player with a big future in design (or anything else she decides to do.)

Here is what the Creative professionals had to say about Amanda’s design.

"This artist clearly understands the #1 rule of designing logos:  ’Recognize at any size.’  She’s kept it bold, but simple, which is so important when you consider a large logo needs to look just as good at the small size as it does at a large size.  Great use of color- the green complements the blue, and really showcases the yellow handle on the hammer.  Plus it is just cool to look at... I want the T-shirt."

Congratulations to Ciarra Rosser who design will be used for the participation t-shirts that the Hammer Cup distributes to all players.  Ciarra is currently a U16 player and a wonderful artist.

Congratulations to Jessica De Jesus, our youngest logo winner.  Jessica’s design will be used on the Championship and Finalist Hoodie prizes.

"This artist understands that sometimes you can't be afraid to break something!  Great illustration of the hammer and the shattering of the cup.  This logo says 'victory' to me.  It represents overcoming obstacles and breaking through the competition to win the golden cup.  Lots of good thinking and symbolism... bravo!"
