The Club is hosting its first annual Holiday Speed and Agility Camp at Nothin But Net. Sessions will be focused on improving players' running form, agility and overall flexibility. All sessions are set up to be intense and push the players to new limits.
Dates: December 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 and January 6.
Times: 5-6pm for U10-U12 Boys and Girls; 7:30-8:30pm for U13-U14 Boys and Girls.
Cost: $100.00.
**each session is limited to 30 players.
All sessions will be run by Rashawn Lamar, U10-U12 Boys Director and Speed Coach. Any player interested in attending should contact Rashawn at frlspeed@yahoo.com. All checks should be made payable to Hammer FC and the full amount is due on first day of camp (December 2).
