Hammer FC supports the full implementation of small-sided games through U12. As an organization, we endeavor to develop the best soccer players in Cincinnati to their utmost potential. As a club with a 100% paid coaching staff, our support of SSG is based purely on the developmental and enjoyment factors we believe SSG provide. In our opinion SSG is not a coaching issue. Rather, it reflects the cognitive abilities of children and the increased number of opportunities to display technique and make decisions in the competitive arena that is the "game".
