When tryouts are over, Hammer FC will be holding age group specific meetings to share and collect administrative and registration information. In order to facility the process of registering, we are having these meetings so that our Parent Administrators can collect the necessary information to begin the registration process.
Parents, here is what you will need to bring.
1 inch by 1 inch picture (headshot) for your player’s card
Copy of the player’s birth certificate
Notarized copy of Medical release form (click here for copy) we will have notaries available at the meeting.
