2012 Registration Check List
Please refer to the attached check list when organizing all the materials you’ll need to bring to registration. Please also note that registration needs to be completed at least one hour prior to your first scheduled match.
2012 adidas Blue Chip Showcase Tournament Rules
Hotel Information
All teams attending the adidas Blue Chip Showcase Tournament that are traveling more than 100 miles must use the Tournament Hotel Rooming system. The two forms below must be completed and returned via email to hotels@classicshammerfc.com by Friday, February 24th.
All hotels are on the north side of Cincinnati with proximity to both the Oxford Community Park (Oxford, OH) and the back up turf fields at Athletes in Action (Xenia, OH). Each team plays one game per day in the showcase. There will be exhibition college games in Cincinnati and Dayton during the weekend as well as the College Coaches Panel which will be held at the Marriott North (West Chester) on Friday night. We encourage the teams to attend as many events as they can during the weekend.
Indemnity
The parent/guardian of each player must sign the Indemnity. We will retain the original when the team registers.
There’s also a 2nd Indemnity Form that every player must have a parent sign. The AIA Release Form is required in case we need to move the games to another facility due to poor weather and or field conditions. There’s one form for each weekend and even if the player is 18 years of age, the player must sign it.
Medical Authorization
Each player must have a medical authorization. We will check for it at registration, but we do not need to retain a copy. If you have your own form, it is not necessary to use ours.
2012 adidas Blue Chip Showcase Tournament Player Profiles
The Blue Chip Showcase is now using SoccerScheduler for all profiles. Please login to your team account and load all player profile information on-line by April 1, 2012. Registered colleges will be able to view the player profiles via soccer scheduler and will print the profile books directly from this program.
