2010 Registration Check List
Please refer to the attached check list when organizing all the materials you’ll need to bring to registration. Please also note that registration needs to be completed at least one hour prior to your first scheduled match.
2010 adidas Blue Chip Showcase Tournament Rules
Hotel Information--Just posted
A condition of acceptance requires each team to utilize one of the Blue Chip hotels; rooms can only be reserved through the Blue Chip committee, and not directly with any hotel. If a team has already made reservations at a hotel, regardless of if it is a Blue Chip hotel, or not, it needs to cancel them and make reservations as provided herein. A team failing to use an approved hotel will not be permitted to participate.
Reservations are filled on a first come, first served basis, and must be submitted no later than March 2, 2010. Hotels have been instructed to not accept reservations directly from any team. By March 17, or so, each hotel will notify the respective team contact and confirm accomodations at that time. Please note that reservations for teams staying less than three nights will be filled after those staying three nights.

Both forms must be emailed to hotels@classicshammerfc.com or faxed to 513-232-6643.
Indemnity
The parent/guardian of each player must sign the Indemnity. We will retain the original when the team registers.
There’s also a 2nd Indemnity Form that every player must have a parent sign. The AIA Release Form is required in case we need to move the games to another facility due to poor weather and or field conditions. There’s one form for each weekend and even if the player is 18 years of age, the player must sign it.
Medical Authorization
Each player must have a medical authorization. We will check for it at registration, but we do not need to retain a copy. If you have your own form, it is not necessary to use ours.
2010 adidas Blue Chip Showcase Tournament Player Profiles
The Blue Chip Showcase is now using SoccerScheduler for all profiles. Please login to your team account and load all player profile information on-line by April 1, 2010. Registered colleges will be able to view the player profiles via soccer scheduler and will print the profile books directly from this program.
