Classics Cup Hotel Policy

 2010 Classics Cup Hotel Arrangements

Teams must stay in an approved tournament hotel (2010 Classics Cup Hotel Preferences). A condition of acceptance requires each team to utilize one of the Blue Chip Hotels;  rooms will be reserved through the Classics Chip committee.  Reservations are filled on a first come, first serve basis.  All forms must be submitted no later than TBD.  Hotels will not accept reservations directly from any team.  Hotels have a two night minimum requirement.  All prices listed do not include tax.

Approved hotels are listed on the 2010 Classics Cup Hotel Preferences Form (click here). All prices listed do not include tax. Please indicate at least five preferences, but since requests will be filled in the order that they are received, we cannot guarantee any of the team’s preferences.  Our Hotel Coordinator (TBD) will make every effort to place your entire club into one hotel.   All rooming requests must go through the Hotel Coordinator.  Do not book rooms on your own.

Agreements signed between hotels and teams are binding agreements between these two parties. The tournament does not have any authority over this area. Many of the most popular hotels know that there is enough demand for them to require a Fri and Sat night stay.

Our goal is to make sure that your stay in Cincinnati and the Classics Cup is both convenient and enjoyable.
